Resolution Without Confrontation
I received a telephone call from a gentleman named Howard. He was calling me to let me know I was behind on my payment and find out how I would like to resolve the issue. I explained to him I was compelled to close my checking account as a result of alleged fraudulent activity. I explained to him I have papers to prove all of this. I asked him to go to bat for me, as I can substantiate this. He put me on hold and came back with great news. He informed me that I can have the late fees removed. I told him he was so pleasant in calling me trying to assist me. I further told him to tell his supervisor how impressed I was with the effort he put forth to make me a happy customer. I believe Howard should be recognized from your organization and be rewarded. He maintained a great attitude and was so kind to me. I truly believe he likes helping customers and keeping them happy. I will further contend he loves his job. He should be commended for his professionalism and his attitude and effort with me. If I should ever be late in the future, I would request here in writing Howard be assigned to my account.
Sincerely,
Matthew N
